The yard drives the price more than the pool does. Equipment access, rock, slope, how far the pool sits from the house and how much decking you want all move the number significantly. We give free on-site estimates precisely so you get a real, itemised figure rather than a brochure range.
Roughly four to eight weeks from breaking ground to swimming for a typical Fox vinyl liner pool, subject to permits and weather. We give you a schedule before we start and we tell you straight away if rain pushes it.

Usually yes. The Fox Ultimate Pool can be installed above ground, partially in-ground or fully in-ground to suit a slope, and holding a Class A licence means we can also build the retaining walls needed to make a difficult site work.

Yes, and much of our service work is exactly that. We handle all major equipment brands including Hayward, Sta-Rite and American Products, and we replace liners in pools built by any company.
Late winter. The opening calendar fills through March and April, so booking early is the only way to get the week you actually want. Fall closings book up through September. See openings and closings.
Balancing and shocking the water, lowering the level, blowing out and plugging the lines, adding antifreeze where needed, draining the pump, filter and heater, removing and storing the ladders and fittings, and fitting the cover. Done properly, winterisation is what protects your equipment from a hard freeze.
Often a repair. Bearings, seals, impellers and motors can frequently be replaced far more cheaply than the whole unit. Bring us the model number or call and describe the noise and we will tell you honestly which way it is worth going. See pool repairs.
A quality 20, 27 or 28 mil virgin vinyl liner typically lasts eight to twelve years depending on water chemistry and sun exposure. Fading, brittleness at the waterline, persistent wrinkles or a slow leak are the usual signs. See vinyl liners.
Yes — every day we are open, with an expert on hand to interpret it and write you a plan. We do not charge for it and we will not sell you chemicals you do not need.
We offer before-hours water sample drop-off and after-hours chemical pickup. Call us and we will arrange it.

Weekly during swim season for chlorine and pH, and monthly bring a sample to us for a full panel including alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid and metals. Test strips drift as they age; our lab test does not.
Yes, and it is usually cheaper and faster to do it together. Our Class A licence covers decorative block retaining walls, concrete, stamp-crete, pavers, wood decking and aluminium, wood and vinyl fencing.
