The yard drives the price more than the pool. Equipment access, rock, slope, distance from the house and the amount of decking all matter more than the shape. That is why our on-site estimate is free — you get a real, itemised number instead of a brochure range.
Typically four to eight weeks from breaking ground to swimming, subject to permits and weather. We give you a schedule up front and keep you posted if rain moves it.
Fox panels are 14-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish specifically to prevent rust, and the X-Brace system keeps the wall from flexing over time. Combined with correct backfill and drainage, it is built to sit in Virginia ground for decades.
Usually yes. We own the excavation equipment including hoe ram for rock removal, and our Class A licence lets us build the retaining walls that make a difficult grade usable.
